No soap used in the cleaning process.

Firstly, our tech, Eduardo was hard working, professional and very friendly. He did a great job thoroughly cleaning our carpet. As we watched him clean, we were amazed by how clean the carpet became as the wand would pass the floor! The cleaning EXCEEDED my expectations. I really thought our carpet was "done", but after using Zerorez, we know that life has been extended. And best of all....NO RESIDUE afterwards!

Oscar called the day of our appointment and asked if he could come a little early, which was great for us. He quickly assessed our carpet square footage and gave us a revised estimate to include pet treatment that we desperately needed. He was done with the living room, hall, stairs and traffic areas of four bedrooms in less than 90 minutes! The carpets looked like new (they are 8 years old) and no residual stickiness or odors. I love that Zerorez uses only water!! Thank you so much for great service. We will be calling again when it’s time to clean the carpets.

Easy to work with; professional handling from scheduling appointment to finishing work by the technicians. Used Zerorez before, will use again. Will never use any other company--have in the past, but never been satisfied.

Zero Rez, fast drying, gets the spots out

We have used Zerorez for the second time and we are BIG fans. The technician, Scott, was punctual. informative, professional and personable. The service was bing, bang, boom, open the windows, and it was done. Was able to to clean an office where...well lettuce say people are not careful with their beverages. We will see you in a year.

The technique does the best job on cleaning the carpets and they feel so soft and fluffy too! They dry quickly and the technicians are very well trained. They always do their best to get every stain out.
