I did this in a text twice but I will do it again on-line. The service guy was wonderful. He was very respectful and asked me if I had any questions. He phoned me before he got here to give me a better idea of where he was in the time window. He did a good job in a timely manner and I am very happy with his work. I often refer folks to zerorez.

This company conducts outstanding service. Not only are they knowledgeable and share this knowledge with their customers, each time I have received service from them... it is done with quality and thoroughness. I have never been completely satisfied like I am with this company. I have used other companies before, but this company supersedes them by far. One of my children suffers from allergies and when chemicals are used, it feels like it gets flared up, but when I have my carpet cleaned from ZEROEZ, the flareups do not happen.
During this time of COVID-19, the employee was very conscientious about safety. My technician came in wearing his mask, his gloves, was very observant in maintaining social distancing. He was also very polite while being sensitive to these matters.

Admittedly, the previous experience was less than positive --and I said never again! Its been about 9 years--but had a very good experience with Zerorez this time. I went with a sale price (3 rooms for $xx) but had determined that I really needed to have three short flights of stairs (and the hallway) done. The carpeting in this 3 floor townhouse really needs to be replaced, but I knew that having it cleaned would make a nice difference - and it did. Zerorez let me adjust my work order (to accommodate more stairs --even though I removed one of the rooms --went from 4 to 3), but we're very kind and let me keep my original discounts. Both Lysa in the office and the service tech, Scott, were great. Yes, I'd recommend them again.
