I liked the use of natural products rather than shampoo or soaps that tend to not rinse out as well. I also believe the scrub brush was a huge benefit, it really pulled out the old dirt.

The technician was awesome and he did a great job with my carpets. He was a pleasure to work with. I would ask for him the next time. He was great!

The man that helped me over the phone when I called to schedule my service was awful! He was unhelpful and definitely had a bad attitude like he had better things to do than to. E speaking to me. I had questions about the pricing and he was dismissive. His attitude was take it or leave it. He definitely should not be on the phone with the customers.

Aside from him, I have used this service several times and will continue to do so in the future.

My antique living room carpet looks beautiful, so does the stairway except the first step on the top shows an old dog stain that I am sure is hard to get out.
I am very satisfied with the young man 's work. He was friendly and worked very hard.

The carpet cleaners are polite. Make an effort to be here when scheduled. Answer my questions. Explain what they are going to do. The carpets looks do much better.
