I have used your services before. I'm sorry to say I used a coupon that arrived in the mail rather than phoning you to clean my carpets. BIG MISTAKE! Three months later or less, I made an appointment with you. I should have done that in the first place. The rugs look clean and beautiful and the attendant that did the job was good, helpful and extremely polite. I will ask for him again. I am now older and wiser. thank you, Name removed

Oscar and his assistant were very friendly and excelled in customer service. They actually called me and showed up before time window. I was suprised how quick they completed the job to quality expectations. They cleaned my grout on my tile in hallways and dining room, and both pergo floors in the bedroom. I couldn't of made a better choice with Zerorez. Would definitly recommend them and use them again.

Very professional associates, did a very thorough job of cleaning my rugs and furniture, and very knowledgeable as to the products and procedures they used.
The two technicians who came (Shawn and Gabriel?) were punctual, efficient and informative. My carpets are old and have been through a lot. We just competed some construction and multiple family members had been living with me for two years. The carpets came out very well and I appreciate the guys efforts to to get them to a usable appearance! Thank you Zerorez!

Knowledgeable people ( Lizette) from beginning booking ,to Andres who was the person servicing my home. He described process to me,as I was 1st time user of Zero Rez. Carpets are older (20yrs) had usual traffic areas highly soiled. Andres knew the carpets composition and components,and how they respond to cleaning. He took the time to explain how carpets,fabrics in furniture respond to being cleaned. Some areas were stained,dirtier than others.He did a great job in both carpet and upholstery cleaning. He also told me what he could and couldn’t do, offered alternative choices so my expectations were realistic. The overall results on carpet and furniture were they were cleaned well,overall fresh looking and brighter ! I appreciated all his hard work and efforts. I was his last job for the day,but he gave me his all,as if I were the first one in the AM! Zero Rez.......you have a customer oriented,user friendly professional employee in Andres!!
