Service was great

This is the second time I have used Zerorez and I am very satisfied. They call ahead and let you know when they will be there and they come on time. The person they send is very courteous and does a good job. I also like that they protect the corners of the walls as we have a red wall.
There is no chemical smell.

Bryce and Miles were very courteous when they arrived and throughout the cleaning process. Bryce was very helpful in explaining that we could also have our area rug brought into the Zerorez plant for a deeper cleaning. He also asked if we wanted the preventive treatment added to the rug. Miles then looked up the price for me. The area rug looked great when they finished. They were also very helpful in rolling it up and helping me bring it to our backyard so it could dry in the sun (they had to clean it on our driveway which was the only flat area to lay it out.). Overall the service was excellent and the area rug looked great when the cleaning was completed!
