Service was done with care, called in advance to let me know when he would be arriving. He made sure everything I requested was done and went over the procedure with me. Even pointed out the tough spots to me. Took his and did a very thorough job on the floors and couch. I’m very pleased.

Our carpets were dirty! Our German Shepherd loves to swim, and lie down in the house wet - this leaves stains all over the place on the carpets.
Tory told me that these stains might not come out, and need some sort of other cleaning.
Tory worked hard - very hard and was so personable. Hunter (the shepherd) checked him out before he entered the house and gave him two ears up approval!!
The carpet looked wonderful when he had finished! I was very pleased.

Unfortunately, quite a few of the stains came back the next day - as expected unfortunately.

I typically don’t do surveys but I have to comment on this company. First, I used them back in 2018 when I purchased my home and I must say the guy was very thorough explaining that I had pet urine in the carpet with a light that he flashed on the carpet. Fast forward 2025 I’ve had this carpet cleaned 3 times by different vendors and none of them met my expectations. They would come in and wet up my carpet but the spots would always come back after the carpet drys. However, after being fed up I called Zerorez back and just like 2018 all my expectations have been met cleaned no spots coming back this company is a beast in the carpet cleaning business

Craig was very professional, responsive, and did a fantastic job. He made it really simple, which is great because sometimes it can be tough working with vendors in the city.

Your carpet cleaning service is great. The technician did a terrific job of freshening up our carpet.

On a different note, the truck driven to our home left oil spots in our driveway. As we just recently had the driveway and sidewalks pressure washed, those spots really stand out. Can you send someone out to clean up the oil spots?
