Technician arrived on time, took me through everything he would be doing including the blue light to show stains (gross) and explaining what he would be using to clean. Also he wore shoe covers and put corner protectors everywhere he was working. All in all a very good experience using Zerorez. Terrell did a great job!

I had Zerorez out this week for two different cleanings: air ducts and carpets. There were two techs for the air ducts and one for the carpets. All three of these men were very professional and well trained. They all went about their work in a very efficient way. They were all very courteous to my wife and me.
