Honestly, I've used Zerorez a few times before and the results were ok but certainly nothing that would make me rave to my friends. This last time though was the best experience ever with the company and it had all to do with the tech they sent. I think his name was Kevon or Devon. I wish I had a better memory. He not only had a great personality but he took his time going over the carpet like he cared about the results. Previous techs come in and go over the carpet once like they have a stopwatch counting down in their pocket, so we were pleasantly surprised.

Carpet looks and smells great, tech was very professional and educated me on how pet odors are managed. He was on time, completed his job quickly and results are great.
