The technician who did the work was very professional and personable and did a really good job.
Technician explained procedure. When he finished he asked me to go through house and see if I was satisfied. He told me how long before carpet would dry and ways to ensure it dried faster. He communicated very well and was very personable.
Smells and feels clean
My carpet is 28 years old. However, every time zero West cleans it, it looks so much better and years younger. Additionally, your technicians are professional, warm and friendly. Joshua was our technician this time and he was incredibly helpful and covering all of my optionsand making me aware of additional services. Also, Joshua was so respectful of my home end of me. He worked quickly, unobtrusively, and did an exceptional job removing stains from my carpet. Joshua is amazing! And the products of zerorez take years off the age of my carpet and leaves my home, feeling fresh and sanitized.
