I had been planning the expense for a while and decided to ask a friend who recommended Zerorez. I was very pleased with being able to make the apptmt online. I was able to easily make changes to the apptmt to accommodate rug cleaning to happen 'after' this duct cleaning work. The young men who came were on time and respectful. They did an inspection of the ducts and pointed out how black mold had started to grow. Uggh! They provided an option to remedy the problem. Explained what they were doing as they went along their task. Great work!

Making the apptmt was easy online. I received calls and emails to confirm. I was able to easily makes changes to the apptmt. The young man who came was courteous and prompt. Pointed out all the spots that needed treating. He did a fantastic job on the staircase - white rug - high traffic! Thank you

The team that came out to clean our carpets was professional and thorough. I am a little disappointed that some of the pet odor and one of the stains has returned about 24 hours later, but they did inform us that since they were very deeply set in the carpet and underlayment that this could happen.

The end result was absolutely amazing! I had a sofa with two recliners and three single recliners cleaned, the young man that came out the second time did a fantastic job. I will say it does matter who the service rep is because the first crew that came out to do it really was not good at all, and I had to have Zerorez come back out. I wish I had the name of the gentleman that came out the second time because he was fantastic. Kudos to him!!

I thought the technician was excellent and there was no residue. Did as instructed, my carpet is dry.

From scheduling through completion of job, everything was excellent. The technician, Walter, was on time and I was notified he was on his way. He always explained what he was doing, and the effect it would have on my carpet. Also, if there was any problem within 30 days, they would return free of charge.

I like that I was being updated throughout, right from booking the appointment online until the technician arrived. My carpet is spiffy clean!!

The service tech provided detail feedback on the service and was very professional. It was a great experience for my wife and I.
