Operator discussed what was to be done, what things should "look like new", what areas were affected by wear and would look "somewhat better but NOT like new", etc. We knew what to expect before they started. They delivered exactly what they said they would. Efficient while working, polite, eager to keep customer happy and informed. Additional areas (stairs x 2) were fit in to save return trip and were WELL worth cleaning.. Not our first use of this service and won't be our last.

Zerorez cleaned two carpeted rooms and our patio tile & grout. Easy to arrange and appointment in a couple of days. Employee was on time, courteous, and did a nice cleaning. The job site was left clean and neat upon completion. Prices are very reasonable. First name removed from the Vinings.

After finishing the job he also explained after care, drying time and how to avoid tracking dirt on the carpet before it dried.
