I was very please with the service we received. We had some old stains on our carpet in our shared lake house and the service person did a great job removing the stains. We will definitely use Zerorez next time!
Your service rep was very through and personable. I had deep down stains and he did his best to get them up but they had been there so long, it all didn't come up but he did a wonderful job.
