Technician Daniel did a great job. Very polite and professional and of course very thorough with cleaning all the carpets in our house.
Did an excellent job on the carpets which now look like new. However, only issue is that the technician said carpets would dry in 2-4 hours and it took 4 days to dry. Hopefully this won't harm the carpeting but for now they do look good
Very prompt and thorough, technician was also very polite and careful. He suggested other services but I didn't get a hard sell, just a suggestion and respect for my decision not add on.
