Carpets got clean

I most like how it WORKS. The carpets come clean. That is really the obvious, most important factor. But, I keep calling Zerorez because they are professional, reliable and usually the technician is very personable. This last event, Mike was most friendly and remembered me from doing another house nearby. I appreciated that.

This was my first experience with Zerorez, and I am very pleased! Emmanuel was wonderful! He worked really hard and was extremely kind and professional. He explained everything very well. He was considerate of my home and furniture, and he addressed all of my concerns.
I do have one room that I feel needs a retreat, due to pet accidents, but all I had to do was call in and they immediately booked me for the follow up visit.

The service tech, Tomas, was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a great job.

Our technician was very polite. He did a very thorough job, except he did not clean riser part of stairs (this was done last time Zerorez cleaned our carpets. The tech left a bottle of cleaner with us. He gave careful instructions about drying time and suggestions for future service.

The gentleman who came was very knowledgible and professional. He studied the problem, explained what he was going to do and what the costs were. Customer service was really good. Unfortunately, the technician's van leak oil-based slime in my driveway, which stained my driveway and got accidentally tracked onto the newly cleaned carpet in 4 spots. The company did all they could to correct the accident, including scrubbing and re-cleaning the section of carpet where the spots were tracked into the house and sending another company out to pressure wash the driveway spot. While all has been done that can be done, the unfortunate accident did leave a permanent spot on my carpet, as well as the driveway. Both will fade with time, but certainly not an ideal situation. Things happen and this is just one of them, but they should definitely fix their vans or park on a tarp.
