Zero Rez made scheduling my carpet cleaning service a breeze. Once I scheduled my appointment, updates were sent periodically to remind me of my upcoming service. I loved this feature. On the day of my service, the rep. was very professional and friendly. The service didn't take too long either. Once he finished, I was able to knock some other things off of my "to-do list." Thank you!
Good Customer Service
Tech was on time, wasted no time with his plan for room sequence, found the job had 1 more room than I have and adjusted the invoice before he started.
The only things I can suggest are: 1) suggest, in advance, that homeowner get shoe covers to wear until carpet dries and 2) put down a plastic sheet for the hoses when on bare wood floors. I have steam cleaned my foyer floor but cannot resolve the area stained by solution from hoses. Suggestion?

Our carpet cleaning technician was great! He came in, surveyed the area, discussed the process, and gave me the invoice amount before he ever got started. Shoe coverings were worn each time he walked inside my home. The technician started quickly, working carefully in each room. He finished in a timely manner, was courteous and pleasant to work with. I plan to use your company again in the future!
They don’t leave carpet soak and wet, it looks good without the soap and they leave me a bottle for spills or accidents.
