My carpet was extremely dirty and had several stains. My Zerorez Rep Ed was so knowledgeable on how to get the stains out of the carpet and the best way to deoderize the area. I am very pleased with the results.

Appreciated the organization and phone calls keeping me apprised of Taylor's arrival. Originally, my appt. was between 10 - 1 and Taylor showed around 2:30,but the office kept me posted on his arrival time + plus a nice little reduction in overall price due to inconvenience.
