I like the Communication at all levels from making the appt to the tech doing the work. Everyone is customer focused and want to make sure you are satisfied.

The only thing I will be extra careful of in the future is making sure they extra suction out the soap and water. I have light carpet and there have been residual orange spots the come up when the carpet is dry. After identifying the cause, the company has been good about taking care of it
