The service we received was AWESOME Darius was EXCELLENT. KNOWLEDGEABLE and HELPFUL. The products that was used worked very well. It cleaned our carpet better than other companies. It did not take the carpet no time to dry. I will be using Zerorez again.

You guys always do a great job. This time I did have some stains wick back to the surface as it dried but that hasn’t happed in the past. I think this is my third or fourth time using you guys.
Also, the serviceman was super respectful and friendly. He did an awesome job. My problem was that he came 1.5 hours before the window we agreed on, so we weren’t at all prepared for him.

I love the way my carpet looks after being cleaned by Zerorez - Brian Frazier is the best tech ever! Ask for him by name!! I have 2 cats - one a senior cat with a touchy tummy and fur balls - so we all know what that means - Brian has cleaned my carpets twice and what an amazing transformation. Oh and did I mention I have white carpet?

Well obviously they are hiring techs with great manners. The young man that serviced our house it was very mannerly and congenial. He totally impressed me with his professionalism.
