About 15 minutes after we were notified that our representative was on his way, the door bell rang and LaTarrance Carter was there. He walked through the condo to see exactly what we wanted him to do, and then went back to his truck for his equipment. He was very neat, very courteous, and worked efficiently to get the carpet traffic areas looking better than we thought they could. He cautioned us several times about being careful stepping on a solid floor from the carpet. It was good advice, and neither of us actually fell.

In short, it was a very pleasant, quickly thoroughly performed cleaning, and we will ask for him again!
