Brandon and Jason were very friendly and professional during the pickup. They explained next steps and provided an invoice. We received two calls during the process and they were both timely and gave updates. Brandon and Jason returned the two rugs on Friday. They took their time making sure they were laid in just the right spots then they moved the furniture back in place. The rugs both look great. We will definitely use Zeroez again and recommend them to friends and family.

The service technician really took the time to explain the procedures; she carefully protected my home while managing to run hoses from her truck to my upstairs!
The grout cleaning was excellent Most of the upholstery was good. There was one issue of concern with the upholstery on a sofa and two older chairs. As of today, the ZeroRez team has been very prompt about following up with me.
