Zerorez carpet cleaning took tough stains out of our carpets, that I thought was impossible to remove. Service technician was right on time and was very professional.

We was very disappointed with the Saturday schedule. The Time window was 12:00-3:00PM but the tech did not arrive until 6:00PM. This was NOT good timing and waiting for the tech all day Saturday was NO fun. We was giving a discount but our time was wasted and something we can't get back. The tech did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet in the Master bedroom. Thanks to the tech.

All employees involved were great. I was able to tip the person (whose name I don't remember) who cleaned the carpets in house, when I paid for the service. He did an excellent job.

Jason Lewis and Marcus Johnson delivered the area rug after it had been cleaned. They were so helpful in placing it correctly in the living room. I did not have cash and was disappointed that I did not have another opportunity to provide a tip specifically for them, because they were excellent.
