Hi there, I only did not give you guys a 10 because I feel like the guys may have been a little rough on my walls. The family had just painted and once your people left there were scuff marks all over the place from the hoses and big tubes out.

Travis the AA male was fabulous. He showed my how to run my new Nest thermostat and even educated me on how to change my filters. He was pleasant and professional. The other guy was working hard, but much less personable.

I am hoping the filter light/air purifier thing I purchased is really as helpful as they say.

I had you guys scheduled to come to my home to clean carpets on 9/3-those guys never showed as my realtor was waiting from 745-10 for someone to come. That was a bummer as now I am trying to move in. I understand things happen, but that was disappointing about the carpets being cleaned before I moved in.
