I tried calling the front office to find out an estimate about when my technician would come and she was very rude, but the technician had impeccable customer service, was very hardworking, and did a great job.

I had numerous area rugs cleaned by Zerorez, and they did a good job cleaning all of the rugs. The best aspect of the Zerorez service is the in-home rug pick-up and delivery. Jason and Brandon were very patient, careful, kind, and accommodating during the pick-up and delivery process. I highly recommend this company for area rug cleaning.

After living in our home for three years, it was time for a good cleaning. My partner uses Zerorez at her place of business and we decided to go the same route for our home. The carpet looks amazing and it took a nice day date to allow for drying. Living with a dog and a cat you can imagine the dandruff and overall dust we all distribute. Absolutely thrilled with the whole experience. The technician, Aaron, arrived early, discussed in detail what he would be doing and made us feel confident in our decision. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY RECENT CLEANING OF MY TILE FLOORS. THEY WERE REALLY DIRTY FROM YEARS OF USE AND TWO DOGS.
THEY LOOK GREAT AND I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE YOUNG MAN THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE.

Clinician was timely & courteous. He asked me to review each room after cleaning it to be sure I was satisfied with the service.

He also provided a breakdown and explanation of the fees/charges before he began the service.

And he did an excellent job of cleaning each room.
