my experience with your company and its employees have been somewhat rocky in the past but i try to work with you to be loyal to this company. i have been told to try stanley steemer, but i try to stick with you all. the last gentleman was very good, would use him again, as i neen the upstairs done as will. do miss tang, he was very helpful and informative as some of your workers are.........

We needed to have a couple areas re-cleaned once the carpet dried and stains became more evident. Your company sent out a different technician and resolved the issues without argument!! Great follow up!

It was easy to get an appointment. The service person was very personable and knowledgable. There was a issue after he finished with a returning wine stain and he came back within a few days to redo it.

I truly appreciate Mr. Tybee for keeping me informed through the process. I was at the hospital at the time of his cleaning. We ran into a few snags. He explained in detail the issue and the solution. He even offered alternatives. I went with the alternatives and he immediately returned to the house to fulfill the new request. He went above my expectations. For that I am truly grateful. Thank you Mr.Tybee.
