Besides being easy to schedule, punctual and careful in my home, the technician, Brian, worked diligently on areas that he saw in addition to areas that I thought needed special attention. He asked that I do a walk thru w him afterward to be sure I was satisfied. Could not be more pleased with the service.

I love Zerorez because it does a marvelous job cleaning my carpets which were heavily soiled. I also love the fact that the representative was so professional and polite as well as well informed about the products. Because of that, I ordered a protect. Finally, after the service was provided the dry time was short. I was informed to keep the rooms cool to allow proper drying time and to prevent moisture from lingering. Thank you again! I used Zerorez for my duct cleaning and my home smells clean and fresh everyday!
