Mainly your prompt communications- Your team has a great communication set up between technician and dispatch and customer. I have always gotten a prompt answer to inquiries, notifications of possible updates in schedules, alerts when the tech is on his way.

It todays fast paced society-- knowing a schedule is imperative. I don't know about everybody else-- but I cant sit around and wait all day for someone to show up.

Convenience of scheduling an appointment, explanation of products and services, the professionalism of the service technicians and performed the scheduled work in a timely manner. I contacted a few duct cleaning companies and Zerorez was definitely the best choice. I scheduled my duct’s to be cleaned and was offered to have my dryer vent cleaned as well; I am so glad I did! When the service technician showed me the before and after pictures of my dryer vent; I feel it should be mandatory for insurance purposes to have them cleaned periodically!

We used zerorez for air ducts, dryer vents, carpet and couch cleaning. I have allergies and felt it was time to get give it all a good cleaning. Tim & Alex called ahead, showed up on time, we’re courteous, friendly & did a great job. They showed me pictures of their work in the air ducts so I felt confident in their work. Terence & Dylan showed up right as the first guys were leaving. We had the same experience with them. Courteous, professional and took great care to make sure our home was well taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about both of these crews. We are very happy and have already provided their names to our friends and neighbors!!
