Great work, very detail-oriented and great communication

Overall great and friendly service. The team was professional and clearly communicated everything as they worked. They weren't pushy with upselling, which is always a relief.

Only areas of improvement would be a little better cleanup job where duct dust was mostly cleaned up but large pieces were still left around the vents in a few places. Also, one floor vent wasn't put back on all the way, and when I checked, it appears that something is bent (either the duct or the inside of the vent) and preventing the vent cover from going back in place.

It might not end up being a big deal, but I would have preferred to have been told if something was damaged or there was an issue. I mentioned that I planned to replace my vent covers anyway, but I would like to be made aware if there's a potential problem with the duct at a vent. In the meantime, it's a hazard with a young child at home, so I just have to keep him away from it.

I generally get our carpets cleaned once a year. With zerorez, the carpets look awesome every time we have used them. We have NEVER had a tech that was not awesome to work with

My service technician was Maurice. He was professional, polite, and friendly, worked diligently and did a great job!

I like that Zerorez does not use harmful chemicals, and they have techniques and tools to extract additional water from the fiber, and they have additional treatments to prevent the return of stains and odors.
