Good communication. On time and great service. My only complaint that Some of the minor stains didn’t come out but was able to get them out with a product I purchased at the store. The technician was very courteous and professional. The wire that I got via text was less than the one quoted when I called. While the text quote was not honored I was provided a discount.
I REALLY LIKE THE IDEA THAT THE FLOOR IS NOT SOUPY WET WHEN THE TECH FINISHES! BRIAN WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO THE NEEDS OF OUR LIVING QUARTERS AND SUGGESTING VENT CLEANING ETC.
Our rugs were a terrible mess, and old. You have revived them, now I am not so embarrassed about their appearance. We are thinking about putting our house on the market soon, and we're afraid the carpets would have to be replaced, now we won't have to replace them!

I do thing that the prices for partial rooms should be modified.
