Zerorez technician Jacob was friendly and thorough, and the before-and-after difference in the carpets is something to see. These carpets have had it, I’m sure, and nothing will make them perfect in every single place because there’s probably subfloor staining, but they are tremendously better, it looks welcoming at the very first glance, and the air in the house seems lighter! Wish I’d taken B&A photos. I recommend Zerorez to everyone.
