The gentleman that came to my home was very professional. He asked questions before beginning any work, gave me options and what he recommended to get the results I wanted. The service - the technician actually was able to come a little earlier than scheduled. He looked over the carpet and together we made decisions of what was needed - pretreatment of stains and post treatment with protection application - and explained the products to be used on my carpet. Completed the cleaning process with fantastic results. Products - the technician explained the no chemical formula of the cleaning product, no residue left behind from the cleaning, and the cleaning solution had a very pleasant smell.

After seeing the carpets, my husband was so impressed, he said he thinks we should have our carpets cleaned about every three or four months whether they need it or not! He actually had thought we were going to have to have the carpet replaced. We are satisfied customers. Thank you!
