On time, polite, friendly, informative...Moss took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. He worked quickly and efficiently. My carpets look and feel clean. I plan to have them come back and do the rest of my house.

I do not know why your product works like it does, but it took away stains in my carpet that have been there because other carpet services could not get them out. But, I do want to comment on the one factor that made a huge difference from the moment I opened the door to the technician.....Bobby was fantastic! He made great thoughtful suggestions and did an awesome job!!!!
