I am very impressed with Juan - the young man who cleaned my floors. He is quite knowledgeable, polite and helpful! Chemical-free cleaning is important to me, too.

The young man, Juan, who came to my home was WONDERFUL! He is very knowledgeable and helpful! I also like the idea of no chemicals.

Great attitudes ,great products and great workers because my carpet was dirty and when the carpet guy left ,it was "very clean" !!!

Reasonable and professional. We received the complete estimate before any cleaning started.

Dustin was on time, professional, knowledgeable and personable. He is a credit to your organization.

Efficient and thorough.

Terry was very professional with neat appearance. He addressed all concerns that we had prior to starting. While cleaning the carpet my wife (Marcella) asked if he could do other rooms in the house, and Terry without hesitation said sure and offered a quote. I told my wife that we should wait until next time. I offered Terry $5.00 to get himself something like lunch, but he refused to take one dime. Terry shows his loyalty to the Zerorez name and reputation. That is the different that many younger folks do not care about. Thanks again, and we will request this fine young man again. Oh, by the way we love the way our carpets were cleaned. The carpets looks like new again!

Very professional. Right on time and the carpets looked great. Final price was very close to the estimate, even though we had some high traffic areas.

no chemicals and very clean carpets

Despite reading testimonials regarding the quality of the Zerorez cleaning method, I was surprised with the results.

The service set-up was nice. Everything was done quickly via the internet.

He was very professional, did a very good job and my carpets looks clean and smells wonderful.

Friendly, efficient service and the results look great.

Really Clean Carpet and Professional Service

I was impressed and very much satisfied with the end result. My compliments to Mr. Majuan Coman. Job well done!

My wife and I love the results of Dustin Anglin's efforts. If all your people are like Dustin, you are destined to continue as the number one in carpet cleaning. I'd recommend that he be raised up to a leadership position within Zerorez. His knowledge of both product and process is impressive and his customer centric demeanor goes beyond that which can be taught into his natural character. Having served in customer facing positions most of my professional life, I'd say he's worthy of extra attention in retaining his services.

Did a beautiful job on my carpet. Cleaned stains the previous owner's cleaning job did not get up. The service guy was very professional and excellent. Will use again in
another couple of months for my furniture.

Fast. Looks good.

Professional and dried quickly.

On-time service. Very Professional and Friendly technician. Everything was explained to me before work was started. The only surprise was that some of the vans need a water supply. Living in a condo that is not always an easy thing to find. Carpets look and feel great. Thanks, Mike, for being the best at what you do. I will definitely refer folks to you.

Timely, professional, and an overall great value. Great job!
