The professionalism of the crew that came out was great. It was pouring down raining, but they smiled through it. They showed me before and after pictures of the duct work system from the crawlspace. The only thing I’m not sure about is whether or not they cleaned the two vents in my bathrooms, which I had to pay an additional fee for. but I would certainly give them a 10 out of 10.

This was my first experience with a professional carpet cleaning service and I am very pleased. The service tech Roderick did an amazing job on and was super thorough in explaining everything before he got started. I’d read reports on other companies of the carpet being overly wet after the cleaning. Carpets were mostly dry in about 5 hours. I chose to wait until the next morning to finish putting things back in place. Overall a great experience and I plan to use Zerorez again certainly.
