Very impressed with your Tech that did the 3 rooms and stairs. He was very thorough
in his working all the above items and doing it efficiently and in a timely manner.

He also explained everything regarding time to stay off carpet and what to do if we had
to use the carpets and stairs.

He explained that if we were not happy with anything, he would come back and not
charge us.

I like everything about zerorez! Scheduling was simple, pricing was affordable, the technician showed up on time and did a great job. We bought new carpet a year ago and it has a 10 year warranty. It’s only good though if you get your carpets professionally cleaned once a year. I am glad we had them cleaned because they got out a couple of spots my kids had made and refreshed the house. I wouldn’t want to use a company that puts chemicals on the carpets.
