I like that the technician checked out our duct system and found out that we have mold in our duct system. He took pictures and showed it to us, and then explained to us what needed to be done. He took a sample to send to be tested to see what type of mold we have. I feel like he was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He told us once the results from the sample comes back Zerorez will give us a call.
