The Tech was very professional and efficient. It didnt take long and the end result was great. We only have 1 small area where it brought up "rust" colored staining in about a 2' area. I will deal with that separately. He did return for a second visit to address that area and 2 small spots. I will research on the Net on how to make that problem spot disappear. Thanks Again !
