One day after they left, and the floor was dry, we were able to see a yellow spot about six inches across. I like the fact that Zerorez does not have any odor and does not leave any residue. Our carpeting is old and even at that it looks so much better after a Zerorez cleaning. We had a problem with the technician not extracting the water as it should have been and our carpets were very wet but the problem was taken care of and I would use Zerorez again and recommend them.

Technician was prompt, efficient, pleasant, and well-mannered. We had three spots on our carpet made by our dog before his death when he threw up. Your process completely eradicated them without additional spotting treatment.

The professionalism of our technician was the best! Our carpets were not as dirty as I thought they might be but he a managed to get some spots out that I thought were there for good. We will see how they look in a week. And who wouldn't like a young Tom Brady knocking at your door? My teenagers were thrilled. We are die-hard Patriots fans. You need to put him on your ad campaign.

Overall, a job well done. My only complaint is that I was given a window of arrival between 2pm and 5 pm. The crew arrived at 5pm. Any later and the request for service would have been cancelled.
