This was the second time in eleven years that my carpet was cleaned, so I didn't think the stains would come out; however, they did. The spot treatment product is great! I received a confirmation call the Thursday before the appointment, and I received a call to let me know the Technician was on the way. Providing good customer service is important to me and that is what I received.

The technician arrived within the timeframe commitment which means alot to an individual that has to make other schedule appointments. Secondly my technician was very through in explaining the Zerorez process and then worked diligently throughout the appointment. Please extend to his manager/supervisor that he represents the company in a manner of true professionalizm.
