Very professional service. They arrived on time, then did a walkthru and explained all the services that where needed including the price of each. Upon my approval, Ryan did a very through job of getting my carpets clean including a rug which had numerous dog accidents. My 17 year old carpets, which I was thinking of replacing, now look like new. Zerorez succeeded where other previously hired carpet cleaners tried & failed.

The technician was on time, went to work immediately, and did an exceptional job. He paid particular attention to spots that were troubling me and the spots are no longer there! Two days before Zerorez came to clean my carpeting there were two floor installers at my house to install wood flooring. They used a "jackhammer" to break up and remove the stone tile that I was replacing. The thick dust caused by the jackhammer was a horrible nightmare. I was referred to Zerorez by my daughter and I can't say enough to thank Zerorez for the great job of removing all the dust from my carpet. I can honestly say that I can "breathe easily again".
