Every single time i have had Zerorez clean our carpets, the technician has been professional, thorough and went the extra mile. Our tech Dillen at this last time has been exceptional! He was very knowledgeable, explained additional costs (if any) for pet care, stains, large room, etc, and finished the job very well and very efficiently. The carpets stay clean for a very long time (until the pets get the better of you) and the cost is well worth the results!

We liked that the products are all natural. We liked the smell of the orange and roses. Also that you can walk on the carpet soon after and the carpet is not soaking wet. You all brought a fan to help dry the rug. When you use other carpet cleaners it takes forever to dry. We also liked your version of scotch guard and how you raked it in the carpet.
