David was wonderful and the carpets look great. It's over twelve years old and a off white Berber that had some really nasty stains. Some of the stains he was not able to get out but on the whole it looks significantly better! I've already recommended zerorez to everyone I know! Thanks!

Great job on carpets and stairs and the technician was cheerful and efficient. I did have one stain (dog stain) that did not respond well to the cleaning but was a tough stain. I'll look online for a solution. We have used Zerorez on three of our houses and would not use anyone else.

As clean as my carpets have been since I moved into my house. Lee and Tony did an excellent job and were personable and professional.

The technician that came out was extremely polite and friendly. I had to reschedule the appointment twice and the appointment agent was very nice about it. Additionally, we had our carpets cleaned in the past with little improvement to appearance in high traffic areas, such as our entry stairwell. Michael communicated well, checking in with me as he completed each section and I really was surprised and pleased with how well the stairs turned out. They look so much better, more even in color without the dark discolored traffic stains.
