There are no chemicals put on the carpet. This is a big plus since I have a pet that has extreme allergies to everything
I like 2 things that you can't get anywhere else: 1. they're clean (no nasty chemicals and 2. drying time is super quick.

The fact that carpet is not only clean, but still soft and plush. Other cleaners make the carpet hard--like soap is still left in it.
