I like the chemical free products and the fact that my white carpet now looks perfect

I have wanted to try Zerorez for the longest time and I finally did and am really happy with the results. I have a white carpet burber and it was a mess. The gentleman got all of the spots out and I will call you all to come again. My carpet isn't crunchy when I walk on it like it has been in the past.

I have only one question and that is being the carpet is white is there anyway that the edges of the carpet can be cleaned where the carpet reaches the wall. I have a greyish blackish line all the way around the wall. Other than that I am very pleased.

1. You did not have to hook up to my water supply. 2. There was no residue in the carpet when you got done. 3. It only took about 3 hours for the carpets to dry. 4. The associate was very personable.

Amazing results for a carpet that has not been cleaned for nearly 2 years. I loved the fact that there were no lasting chemical smells. Everything was sanitized for my great-nieces and great-nephews to play on the floor with their Christmas toys with no harmful effects. James was the best! Such a nice young man who took great pride in his work!

EVERYTHING; the agent (David) was very customer friendly; knownledgable of his products, and procedures; efficient, and effective in his work. I especially like that the products was soap and residue free, odor free, and pet and plant friendly. It didn't take all day to clean, less than 2 hours, which was really surprising. I was very pleased with the finished results. My carpet looks and feels brand new.
I heard about the product on the fish radio station; never heard about it before, but on a station like the fish station, I believed I couldn't go wrong; and I was right.

From the time I called to make my appointment I was kept in the loop of the process. I received calls and emails to make sure I was aware of what was to happen. On the day of the appointment the technician was running ahead of schedule, I received a call and was asked if he could come an hour early. Of course that was perfect. The technician arrived, put on cloth booties, viewed my areas, answered my questions and then went straight to work. He was finished in about 45 minutes.
He showed me his finished work and asked if I had any further questions. The rooms looked beautiful so of course I had no questions.
Zerorez came highly recommended to me and I certainly understand why!
I am new to GA, but if given the chance I will definitely recommend zerorez!
