I love that my carpets really do stay clean longer. The advertising that makes this claim is really true, not stretching the truth. My carpets are 14 years old and holding up very well because I have used Zerorez to clean them.

Each of your associates are as professional as can be . Your technicians are always on time, very polite and dinformative. The process you use to clean are great. Stallns always disappear and don't come back. Worth the price.

Kenny was the name of my Zerorez guy and he was awesome! He was very personable and professional.The carpets look amazing and he was very careful about putting up guards to protect my wall corners from getting damaged or scraped by the hoses. I will definitely call you back again!

I have used zeroez on a number of occasions & Dillon was by far the most thorough, diligent technician yet. My carpets are cleaner than ever & he was able to get old dried paint out of my stairs!! I'm still amazed 3 days later!! I actually told my husband we could put off replacing the carpets because he did such a great job. He is also a great salesman! I come from a sales background & I must say that he is quite skilled at the art of up selling!! Haha -I will certainly request him in the future when I use zeroez.

The company communicates with the customer. They called to confirm the time. They were on time. The man who did the cleaning was kind and new what he was doing. He gave us a great deal and the carpets looked and smelled great when he was finished! We would call Zerorez again and would recommend them to our friends.
