I really like it that you do not use my water and dump it in the yard when you are done. I like the way the carpet feels after it has been cleaned. I can walk on it in white socks and my socks don't get dirty. One question. I seem to remember that the last time I used your service, the impacted places where the furniture had been sitting was raised as if there was nothing ever sitting there. Is this a special request service?

I can't say enought about the two young men, professional men, who came out to clean our carpet. They were exceptional in their work, careful with our house and furniture, complete in finding spots that needed treatment---they were just wonderful. They even put back our coffee table (which weighs a ton) and a chair, placing blocks of styrofoam under each leg. My husband had difficult back surgery last summer and this help was SO appreciated. I've used you before and I'll use you again and again.
