I was scheduled to receive service from 2 to 5. I received a text from my neighbor that a technician was in my driveway and a call from the technician at 12:30. I was away from home, not returning until 2:00. I do not want that to happen again in the future or I will choose another company. It is fine to call me to take an earlier time but not to show up at my house. The technician that came and cleaned my carpet was very nice, courteous and knowledgable. He said that I should not have had a technician come to my home before the scheduled time.

Convience, no mess, quick dry and did a good job cleaning. My rep, Ryan, was very courteous, explained everything really well and was very concerned about questions and concerns that I had. A very nice young man.

I recently got a new puppy and had forgotten how hard and long training takes. With a party coming up and the carpet looking like a war zone I had to call someone and the radio ads were absolutely correct. They were able to get all the stains gone that i could notice and the carpet was almost bone dry in my apartment when I got home that evening. They will definitely be coming back for a round 2 once the training is over.

How clean the carpets get without the additional odors.

I have had my carpets cleaned by zerorez for the second time now, and I was just as pleased this time as I was the first. Both times we saw and smelled a difference right away with none of the stains coming back. This method leaves my home looking and smelling fresh and clean for up to a year. I also love having their water in a spray bottle to treat any messes we make after they have been cleaned.It really does work.
