Professional service. Excellent product.

Very professional technician. Arrived in the time frame scheduled. The only problem we had was with our upholstery cleaning. Our cushions are now "mottled" and stained. I invite a phone call from someone so I can further explain my concerns.

The technicians who conducted our air duct cleaning were very professional and we are very pleased and satisfied with the service and the results!

The cleaning really exceeded my expectations I have carpet atleast 10 years old and it looks like new after the zerorez. Plus the technician was on time and very professional.

It has been over a week and the stains are still gone, they have not raised their dirty selves.

I like the quality of work, the quickness and the professionalism of the company and the employees. I also like that you honored the time commitment that was stated when the service was requested. The carpets look brand new and have a fresh smell rather than a chemical odor!

We have used your service twice and the results were great from making an appointment to the way the technician performed his job. He was friendly, courteous, helpful, and informative. I like the fact that you can walk on the carpet (if needed) afterwards and that was explained (wear white socks or slippers)... but that after 8 hours, the carpet should be dry and it was.

Very nice service men, suggested options but not high pressure. The carpet dried in a couple of hours and felt soft and comfortable, not stiff and starchy. Will use Zerorez in the future on my tile / grout cleaning. Thank You

The service was done quickly and took out some nasty 10 years old stains I had in my carpet that I was not able to remove from my home carpet cleaner and store bought stain removers. My carpet was not crunchy with residue. It was soft and looked as good as new.
