Our technician did a fabulous job. Our carpets came cleaner than we expected. We will definitely use Zeroez again. I love the way the carpets felt soft when they dried instead of crunchy like with other cleaners. We have already told several of our friends about how pleased we are with the results. Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was very apparent that he takes pride in his work and wanted to exceed our needs. He was a pleasure to have in our home.
