Cleanliness & technician
We enjoyed the product, the carpet looks great and the stains came out. Mike, our cleaner, did a fantastic job, answered all of our questions and we had a great experience with him. The one issue we had was paying for the $15.00 trip fee to our place. We don't quite undersatnd why we have to pay that as it is your product/service that you provide.You also advertise in our area so it isn't that we are far from the area that you service.
Overall we woud recommend you, but again your additional fee doesn't make sense.
