Number one is the service. I have forgotten your tech's name that serviced my home, but he was excellent and tried hard to get out stains. He also was a good salesman and took my small areal rug to show how your cleaning method works on area rugs. I do still have some stains that I was hoping would come out but unfortunately they must be old and ingrained. I love that the carpet feels soft after being washed. Stanley Steemer made it feels crinkly.

Your staff has always been most courteous and efficient. They're also very prompt showing up at the right time. Their work is excellent, they do a most thorough job. Special thanks to the young man who did our last cleaning, he was the most courteous and efficient cleaning person we've ever had. Name removed

The service from start to finish was EXCELLENT! The phone staff was friendly and professional. The technician did an absolute fantastic job in both reviewing what task he would accomplish as well as executing it. When I do call back for future service I would request this technician if possible. I was recommended to Zerorez by a neighbor who is a repeat customer; now I will both be a repeat customer and recommend the company.

I like the scent of the products used. They are very fresh and light smelling. I have had my carpets cleaned many times, my sofa and love seat cleaned twice and my granite countertop sealed by Zerorez. I have been pleased every time I used their company.

had used Zerorez in my home and decided to use at our church building in the foyer area that gets alot of use. Erik came out and met with me and he actually did the cleaning. The carpet in the foyer area turned out great. Zerorez is the first company that has been able to get the carpet completely clean!
