Alyx was great, he helped our poor carpets return to their fresh and clean state and that allowed us all to breathe a little easier! We included the bio treatment and that really gets the job done right. We have 17 dogs, Alyx was shocked. I credit Zerorez for helping us to live a sanitary and peaceful life rescuing animals that are dumped on our county roads. Its a lot of work keeping up with the 4 legged critters and zerorez always puts that finishing touch stamp of a well cleaned home when they visit us. Couldn't be more pleased. I always pretreat and clean accidents with with Vital Oxide and Cat Attack ASAP to ensure I get the best results from our cleaning appointment. A very happy multiple repeat customer.

The service tech worked very hard and conscientiously to clean our carpets. He was friendly and courteous and explained everything he was doing for us. He did outstanding work and we are very pleased with our clean carpets.
