So professional!!!
Carpet looks like new!!!
great job, very professional
Customer service was excellent by Juwan and his co-worker! Very explicit in his description of work and what else might be needed. I had a heavily soiled area on my carpet and he was able to remove it. I was so very grateful for that and eliminated me potentially having to replace the entire carpet in the room. Will definitely use your service again! Thank you.

This is the 2nd time I have used zero rez and I am just as pleased as the 1st time I used them. My carpet looks brand new and it is 26 years old. Ollie and AJ did an excellent job. They were professional and friendly and when they got done they asked me to look to see how it looked and if there was anything I saw that needed a little more cleaning. I highly recommend them.
