My carpet looks great. It dries quickly and is still soft and not hard after drying. The carpet cleaner explained to me what areas were stained and also tried to remove as much of the stain as he could. He was knowledgeable and courteous.

I was very pleased with specialist Travis O. Williamson. He was professional, communicative, and transparent. He provide documentation and pictures of his completed work. He was punctual and very efficient at completing his assignment.
I took two carpets into Zerorez (they would have also picked them up for free) in order to secure the best cleaning possible. In short order, they delivered the carpets back to our home and they appeared brand new! I highly recommend Zerorez for major cleanings both in their warehouse and directly in your home!
Zerorez is a great carpet cleaning service. They communicate well and explain what needs to be done, and then they do it. And there's no soapy residue left behind.

I was very pleased with my air duct cleaning. The technicians that provided the service were professional and polite. The lead person explained the services I would be getting as well as give a run down of the current state of my units. The total was communicated to me before any services were rendered. I can certainly tell the difference! I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about cleaning out their ducts.
