James Amerson was very friendly and professional. I couldn't be more happy. This is my brothers house that was cleaned. I am doing it as a surprise while they are out of town and I assure you they will not be disappointed. I have used you at my own home and and was thrilled with the results, the second time there was a little hickup but you guys made it right. I will be calling soon for an appointment and will request James Amerson. You guys are the best!

Product smell good
Good customer service , best employee, friendly

No chemicals. Love the clean fresh smell

The natural cleaning solution and steamed water.

I was quite impressed with the results from Zerorez although I feel I need a follow-up visit.
The carpet had years of dirt built up. Once the carpet had dried several areas showed a different shade. I was hoping someone would return my call from earlier today to discuss.
Thanks,

Hal
